About Us
DT Living is a property investment and development company that delivers excellent returns to our investors.
We source and refurbish tired properties, converting them into high-end co-living spaces for young professionals and vulnerable adults in the north-west region of England.
Co-founder David, having worked as a medical doctor for almost two decades, has had to witness the mental health effects of those in poor living conditions. This drives the company's mission to improve living standards. In doing so, we generate socially responsible returns for our investors.

The Team
David Akibu
Dr David has been renovating their own properties for over twenty years whilst working as a Doctor in the NHS and for Crystal Palace football club.
We began outsourcing most of the renovation work on the purchase of our first investment property in 2016.
David has had to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst working in his day jobs. Now a professional property investor/developer, he belongs to the U.K.'s leading community of ethical property investors. Through which he invests in himself, the company and their property education to the highest level.
Chrystina Chan
Chrystina is a Chartered Accountant who started her career with pwc, specialising in financial due diligence for corporate Merger & Acquisition (M&A) deals.
Moving on from professional advisory, she is six years into the Hospitality industry where the key focus is on People, Place and Product. In her current role, she has taken on business transformation projects, bank refinancing, corporate M&A deals and capital development projects.
Chrystina brings this wealth of skills and experience to our property business.

The combination of Dr David and Chrystina brings together good working practices from professional backgrounds.
