We source and refurbish tired properties, converting them into high-end co-living spaces for young professionals and vulnerable adults.
We also provide landlords with guaranteed rent and full management solutions.
Co-founder David spent two decades serving as a medical doctor, where he saw the deep connection between poor living conditions and declining mental health.
That experience became the driving force behind our company’s mission: to create quality, dignified homes that uplift communities.

Founder | Multi-Award-Winning Property Developer | Doctor | Speaker
Dr. David is a multi-award-winning property developer, known for transforming spaces through ethical and strategic investment. His first experience of property development was long before qualifying as a medical doctor. Whilst working in the NHS and with Crystal Palace Football Club, he successfully managed multiple projects, leading to his transition into property development.
As a sought-after speaker, David has delivered talks on mindset, strategy, and sustainable growth at leading property events in the country.
Founder | Chartered Accountant | Hospitality & M&A Specialist
Chrystina is a Chartered Accountant who began her career at PWC, specialising in financial due diligence for corporate Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
With over eight years in the hospitality industry, she has led business transformation projects, bank refinancing, corporate M&A transactions, and capital development, always with a focus on People, Place, and Product.
Chrystina brings a wealth of financial and operational expertise to DT Living, driving sustainable growth and ensuring every project is backed by sharp strategy and purposeful delivery.
